Party Party Party: Metropalife Presents Block Block Party With DJ Ataxic

You know what time it is, its another super dope party hosted by Metropalife. This Thursday we are calling all Mcees and Dancers, to come out and get in on our weekly Cypher on Broadway. We also have Kansas City's Premier Dj Ataxic upstairs to tear it up! Every Thursday its going to be on and poppin, here is the run down. First we are going to start the festivities early, playing the best Kansas City Hip Hop outside plus some cypher sessions on Broadway. Not the case at all, so Metropalife has decided to present a great film that gives a fictitious but real story about what would happen if America lost all of its Latino residents.

Its a story about a group of friends that get caught up in the life of slanging drugs and making a ton of money. Their lifestyles change and become to be about greed, envy, mistrust, and violence. The film is told through the eyes of Ace played with great vigor by rising talent Wood Harris. Ace see his boy Mitch (Pfeifer) in a great performance living the high drug life. After Mitch gets locked up Ace decides to take over but he isn't your average dealer he's cool and laid back. While in prison Mitch meets Rico (Cam'ron in a breakthough debut) a hot head who decides he wants someone of the action. On the streets the trio run thangs but greed and betrayal threaten everything and the film has some shocking twists that are hard to believe.
